Meeting Apps dashboard: Expand coverage, enforcement explainability, and adoption measurement

Account owners and admins can view Real-Time Media Streaming (RTMS) and livestreaming application activity in the Meeting Apps dashboard, including total attempts, allowed and blocked outcomes, impacted meetings and users, and top applications and vendors. The How these apps were blocked visualization provides detailed blocked reasons with counts and percentages, helping admins understand why application activity was blocked. Admins can filter activity by meeting time, meeting or topic, and host, with additional section-specific filters for blocked methods and join outcomes.
RTMS and livestreaming activity tracking requires Zoom client version 7.2.0 or later.

Account owners and admins can deploy and enforce automated workflow runs for their users using the My Notes trigger, which activates whenever a note is created or updated. Supported downstream actions include task creation, notifications, and data capture, etc. This allows organizations to standardize how notes are acted upon across teams consistently.

Meeting summary enablement prompts on web

Users are prompted to enable meeting summaries directly from the scheduler and summary surfaces on the web. The prompt appears when scheduling a meeting or viewing a meeting summary, encouraging users to turn on the meeting summary feature if it is not already enabled. Clicking Enable launches the existing AI feature onboarding widget to guide users through enabling meeting summary and its associated sub-settings. Clicking X dismisses the prompt on that specific surface, while clicking Don't show again dismisses it across all relevant surfaces on that device.

Users can start capturing a note in My Notes directly from outside the Zoom Workplace mobile app.

• Instant Capture: Start recording immediately using a new Home Screen widget or Control Center control.
• Visual Indicators: A Live Activity and the system microphone indicator will confirm that your recording is active. You can easily stop an active note via the Dynamic Island (when unlocked) or the Lock Screen (when locked).

Account owners and admins can set transcript retention to 0 days in the Web Portal, allowing transcripts to be removed as soon as post-meeting processing is complete. This option supports organizations with stricter privacy or compliance requirements that do not want transcripts persisted beyond what is needed for processing. Transcripts are retained for up to 24 hours after meeting processing to support required backend operations, such as meeting summary regeneration, before automatic deletion. This setting is available alongside existing transcript retention options at the account level.

Sensitivity classification labels for meetings

Users can select a sensitivity label when scheduling a Zoom meeting, with the dropdown defaulting to the label an admin has pre-assigned to their account.
