Sunsama

Sunsama Changelog: 5. Oktober 2026

Added

  • Sunny reads your connected tools: Sunny can now look through your connected accounts right in chat and turn what it finds into Sunsama tasks. That covers Gmail, Slack, Jira, GitHub, Linear, Google Tasks, Todoist, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, monday.com, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook mail, To Do, and Planner).
  • Turn a subtask into its own task with Sunny: Ask Sunny to promote a subtask to a full task. It keeps its time estimate and tracked time, and you can undo it in one step.
  • Remove old Jira connections: You can now remove an old Jira connection without reconnecting to Jira first.
  • Resume a stopped Sunny reply: When you stop a Sunny response, the chat marks it as stopped. Say "please continue" and Sunny picks up where it left off.
  • Jump to today from a link: A sunsama://today link opens the desktop app on today, and a plain sunsama:// link brings the app to the front.

Improved

  • Tracked-time editor: Time entries are now grouped by subtask. When you move an entry to another day, the calendar follows it.
  • Searchable time zone picker: The time zone picker in Settings now has a search box, suggests your device's time zone, and lists common zones first.
  • Shorter MCP tool names: MCP tool names are now capped at 40 characters so they still fit after gateways add their prefixes. Three tools were renamed, so update any tool allowlists that used the old names. …

Todoist

Todoist: Dauern ohne Datum, Unteraufgaben auf Boards (1. Oktober 2026)

Web, macOS, Windows, Linux

  • ⭐ Amir made it possible to add a duration without a date or time, from the time picker or Quick Add (try “Write paper for 1h”). Durations now also stay put when you remove a date, and the calendar respects them when you drag a task in.
  • ⭐ Sub-tasks now show up right on project boards: expand a task to view, complete, and assign its sub-tasks without opening task details, thanks to Amir. You can also edit their dates and deadlines, open their labels, or right-click for more actions.
  • ⚙️ Looking for “Collapse/expand view”? Amir added it to the command menu (Cmd/Ctrl+K), along with new shortcuts: Cmd+Option+T on Mac and Ctrl+Alt+T on Windows.
  • ⚙️ Alex M. gave your team’s templates their own page in the template gallery, so they no longer mix with your personal ones.
  • ⚙️ The Share and Edit project dialogs for personal projects no longer show a “Team” access option that didn’t do anything, another tidy-up from Francesca.
  • ⚙️ Francesca also removed “Add section” from the project menu in calendar layout, where sections don’t apply.
  • ⚙️ If your plan doesn’t include deadlines or durations, importing a CSV template that uses them now offers an upgrade instead of leaving you to wonder where they went, thanks to Frankie.
  • ⚙️ Ernesto also made signing in or linking your account with Google or Facebook more secure, with clearer error handling when something goes wrong. …

Multica

Multica v0.6.1: Kumulierte Run-Kostenkurve, schnellere Issues-Liste

Cumulative run cost curves, a faster Issues list, and steadier workspace switching

New Features

  • The run chart follows your pointer, and shows the quiet stretches between runs.
  • An Issue's sidebar shows the cumulative cost of its runs as a curve.
  • Mark a duplicate Issue from the command line and keep the link to the original.

Improvements

  • The Issues list stays steady as runs come and go, and the working-agents filter returns faster.

Bug Fixes

  • Codex offers GPT-6.1 Sol, and cost for the GPT-6 models reads at current prices.
  • Hitting a provider's usage limit reads as a quota, not as a credential problem.
  • Closing the floating chat leaves your keyboard shortcuts working, and keeps your draft.
  • On Windows, a repository checks out even after your workspaces folder was moved.
  • Switching workspace from an open chat lands you there, with your session and project still selected.

Linear

Coding sessions are the shortest path from issue to diff. Assign a task to Linear Agent, and it works in a secure cloud environment to write and test the code before opening a pull request for review. We’re adding more control over how each session runs, from its environment to the models behind it. Adaptive routing Save time and tokens by automatically routing simpler tasks to a faster model while using the default reasoning model for more complex work. If a task needs more capability than expected, you can restart the session on the default model while keeping the original pull request for reference. Environment secrets Coding sessions can now access environment secrets during setup to securely fetch private dependencies and other environment config. Open-weight models Coding sessions now support open-weight models, starting with GLM-powered sessions. Workspace admins and owners can choose which models are available from Coding sessions settings. Visit the docs for more details. Team organization at scale As companies grow, it can become challenging to accommodate every team’s workflow within a single workspace-wide system. A Product team may track discovery and development, while Marketing organizes work around campaign stages. Both need workflows that reflect how they operate, without fragmenting the company-wide view. We're giving teams more freedom to own and organize project work, without losing sight of the bigger picture. Team project labels and statuses Teams can no…

Todoist

Todoist: Fehlerbehebungen und Ramble-Button unter iOS (24. September 2026)

Web, macOS, Windows, Linux

  • 🐛 Craig fixed two rough edges in the project member picker: pressing Escape now closes it properly, and keyboard selection in autocomplete menus works as expected again.
  • 🐛 When too many requests block a Ramble session from starting, Ernesto made sure you get a clear “try again later” instead of a dead-end retry loop.
  • 🐛 Ernesto also fixed what happens when a project gets deleted before a task you added offline can sync – the task now lands in your Inbox with a note explaining why, instead of retrying forever.
  • 🐛 Deleting a task from the task details view could leave a hidden “Skip to task list” link sitting on screen – Henning closed the gap so focus lands back where it should.

iOS

  • ⭐ Medium and larger task-list widgets now have a Ramble button next to Add Task – Amir made it so you can talk out a task straight from your home screen.
  • ⭐ Paul K. taught Siri to see what’s on your screen – across lists, boards, and task and project views – so saying “complete the third one” or “mark this as done” just works.
  • ⚙️ Enric added a soft edge fade to Quick Add’s scrolling action pills, so the row doesn’t look like it’s cutting off mid-button.
  • ⚙️ Enric also gave Quick Add’s action buttons the Liquid Glass treatment on iOS 26, so they match the rest of the system. …

Telegram media, Simplified Chinese on mobile, Issue and PR auto-complete, and truer usage figures

Sunsama

Weekly Product Changelog, September 23, 2026

Sorry, we missed a couple weeks of updates with people on vacation, this post covers everything since our September 4 changelog.

Desktop app 3.4.12:

⚠️ The desktop app now needs macOS 13 (Ventura) or later, and 64-bit Windows or Linux. On an older system, keep using Sunsama at app.sunsama.com.

  • Deeplink into desktop app: sunsama:// links now open the desktop app. sunsama:// brings Sunsama to the front, sunsama://today opens it on today, and sunsama://action/details/<task id> opens a specific task. This means a task link saved in Linear, Notion, or an email can open in the app instead of a browser tab. See Linking to Sunsama for how to build these links.
  • When you add integrations inside the Desktop app you get redirected back to the desktop app when the connection is complete.
  • The desktop app reconnects by itself after it loses the network. Previously it could get stuck on "Unable to connect" until you restarted it.
  • Pressing Cmd+Shift+A (quick add) while the app was still starting could put an invisible window over the whole screen and block every click. That no longer happens.
  • Updated the app to Electron 44.

Improved:

  • You can now ask Sunny to summarize the work you completed over any date range, like "what did I get done last week?", and narrow it to a single channel. …

  • Mark an Issue as a duplicate from the status picker, jump back to the original, and see that link on lists.

  • Getting to a task's GitHub pull request is faster.
  • The running indicator is smoother and lighter on your machine.

Bug Fixes

  • A command line sign-in that cannot reach the server says so, instead of waiting forever.
  • An invited member can finish signing up on a self-hosted server that restricts signups.
  • A task whose start goes unconfirmed is picked up again instead of stalling.
  • Cancelling a task answers right away, and a reply in a thread reaches the agent that owns it.
  • The mobile app reconnects on its own after the connection drops. …

  • Telegram and DingTalk on a self-hosted server accept the secrets you set.
  • Cancelling sub-tasks tells you which stage was affected and how many.
  • Comments keep their order, and an Issue link still resolves after you reopen a view.
  • A local folder resource no longer offers a rename that cannot work.

ClickUp

ClickUpdate 4

Hey, Community!

This week's ClickUpdates lets you find all your meeting notes in one searchable hub, clone or templatize Super Agents instead of building from scratch, connect ZoomInfo MCP through the App Center, and much more. Check out the full release notes below!

✨ Group by each individual assignee, tag, or label in List view

When you group by Assignee, tasks with multiple assignees normally land in a single group like "Maya, Noah, Liam." Turn on One assignee per group, and that same task appears once in each person's group instead, so every owner sees it in their own lane. It works the same way for tags, labels, and any people-type field. Find the toggle in the Group by menu in List view.

✨ Find your meeting notes instantly in Meetings Hub

Open Meetings Hub to see every note and recording from SyncUps, Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams in one place. Filter or search to jump straight to the meeting you need, and use Brain to pull decisions, action items, and topics across all your meetings at once. You'll find Meetings Hub in the Home menu on any Workspace with AI Notetaker access.

French interface, steadier and leaner agent runs, the full Inbox archive, and longer-lasting sign-ins

New Features

  • Set the interface language to French, on the web and in the desktop app.
  • Manage skill labels from the command line, and filter the skills page by label.
  • Pick a thinking level for your Oh-My-Pi agents.
  • Edit a comment you already posted from the command line, without overwriting someone else's edit.
  • Narrow an Issue list down by the status of the project it belongs to.

  • The Inbox archive scrolls all the way back, and filters and links reach every notification.

Todoist

Todoist: Zahlreiche Fehlerbehebungen (17. September 2026)

Web, macOS, Windows, Linux

  • 🐛 Seva corrected backup download links in the desktop app, which now open properly in your browser instead of failing silently.
  • 🐛 Demoting yourself from Admin to Member now immediately hides invite-link controls you shouldn’t have anymore – Ernesto closed the gap.
  • 🐛 If a mistyped email address left you stuck behind Todoist’s verification screen, Ernesto added a way out: a ‘Change email address’ link right there.
  • 🐛 Ernesto also made sync recovery gentler: a forced reset no longer discards changes you hadn’t synced yet, and recurring tasks keep their correct date.
  • 🐛 Some folks on Chrome, Edge, and desktop got stuck on the loading screen right after signing in – a timezone quirk Julia P. tracked down and patched.
  • 🐛 Duplicating a section with sub-tasks used to trip up syncing; Natalie reordered the sync steps so the copy lands cleanly every time.
  • 🐛 Paweł realigned the collapse buttons and drag handles on sections and tasks, so they finally sit in a straight line.
  • 🐛 Comments from teammates you don’t directly share a project with used to show up as ‘Someone’ – Francesca made sure they show the real name and avatar instead.
  • 🐛 Francesca also found why dragging a task to a new day in Today or Upcoming sometimes dropped it in the wrong spot; it now drops exactly where you release it. …

Multica v0.4.44 bringt zitierte Antworten und Reaktionen in DingTalk, neu gestaltete Issue-Status-Einstellungen, genauere Run-Nutzungswerte und sicherere Kommentarlöschung.

DingTalk quoted replies, reworked Issue status settings, more accurate run usage, and safer comment deletion

New Features

  • A DingTalk reply in a group now quotes the message you sent.
  • DingTalk marks your request with a reaction while it runs, and again when it is done.
  • A DingTalk command confirmation keeps what you typed, and links the Issue it created.
  • Issue statuses in Settings are grouped as Unstarted, Started, Done, and Closed.
  • Drag a status, built-in ones included, to set its place in boards, lists, and status menus.
  • Give a custom status the icon shape you want.
  • DeepSeek Harness Desktop is picked up as a runtime on its own, with no manual setup.
  • Self-hosted servers send one anonymous daily snapshot of deployment size and run volume; set DO_NOT_TRACK=1 to turn it off.

Improvements

  • Archiving a status tells you how many Issues still use it, and takes you to them.
  • A DeepSeek Harness runtime that cannot start now says what is missing.
  • The command line shows how each Autopilot's last run went.
  • Agent steps in an Issue preview what each one was working on.
  • A refreshing Issue list says so in the page title, and quick refreshes no longer flicker.
  • An agent posting a long final comment finishes sooner.

Bug Fixes

  • Deleting a comment keeps the replies people left under it.
  • A deleted reply leaves nothing behind, and a link to one lands on the message beside it. …
