BookBub Featured Deals Are Now Automatically Imported

• Starting tomorrow, 30 August 2026, BookBub Featured Deals with a recorded promotion cost will be automatically imported alongside your existing BookBub Ads data.
• Promotion fees will be included in BookBub Spend, Total Spending, net royalties, profitability calculations, Power Table, API and Luna AI results, and daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Publisher Champ will automatically attempt to assign each Featured Deal to the correct book.
• Review your imported promotions using the new Featured Deals tab in BookBub Manager.
• If a promotion cannot be matched automatically, use the yellow Edit button to assign it to a book.
• Only Featured Deals with a recorded cost are displayed. Use Include in calculations to include or exclude an individual promotion from your results.
• No action is required if your BookBub account is already connected. Your promotions will be imported during BookBub synchronization.

• Open Platform Tools > BookBub Manager and select Featured Deals.

Android Version 6.3.0 Released — IngramSpark Login Guidance

• We have released Android version 6.3.0. Please update Publisher Champ through the Google Play Store to get the latest improvements, including pull-to-refresh on the login screen.
• On both Android and iPhone, if the IngramSpark or Ingram LSI login page shows an error, scroll to the very top, drag the page down with your finger, then release to refresh.
• Wait for the page to finish loading. If the error remains, repeat the refresh a few times. Once the login form appears, sign in as usual and tap Submit cookies.
• You can also continue to sync normally from the Account Setup page on our website using your browser.
• Thank you for your patience!

Publisher Champ × StreetLib

• Connect your StreetLib account to automatically import your sales and royalties into Publisher Champ.
• Track your StreetLib earnings alongside your advertising spend and other expenses for a clearer view of your profits.
• Your first sync imports available sales history from January 2015 onwards.
• Your StreetLib sales and royalties update automatically every day.
• Automatically import your titles and track sales by book format.
• StreetLib analytics are available with Champ Plus and Ultra.

Where to find it

• Visit Synchronize Platforms, find StreetLib, and follow the connection instructions.
• Sign in to your StreetLib dashboard and use the Publisher Champ browser extension to submit your session and start syncing.

Publisher Champ × BookReverb

• Connect your BookReverb account to automatically import your review spending into Publisher Champ.
• Track your BookReverb costs alongside your royalties, advertising spend, and other expenses for a clearer view of your profits.
• Your first connection imports up to 24 months of spending history.
• Your BookReverb spending updates automatically every 6 hours.
• Securely link both accounts without manually copying API keys.

Where to find it

• Visit Synchronize Platforms, find BookReverb, and click Connect BookReverb.
• Follow the authorization steps to link your accounts and start importing your spending.

Ingram Lightning Source Inc. (LSI) Is Now Available

• Connect your Ingram Lightning Source account to Publisher Champ and track your book sales and royalties alongside your other publishing platforms.
• Import available daily sales and monthly compensation reports, with book titles, authors, formats, sales markets, and royalties.
• Your synchronized sales are included in your dashboard and daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• If you use both IngramSpark and Ingram LSI, you can connect both accounts. Each platform’s data is tracked separately.

How to get started

• First, install the latest version of our browser extension.
• Open Account Setup, find Ingram LSI, and click Start sync.
• Sign in to your Ingram Lightning Source account to synchronize your available reports.
• Whenever you want fresh data, click Re-sync. Ingram Lightning Source sessions can expire, so you may need to sign in again.

Audiobook Listen-Through & Listener Value

Amazon Ads recently enabled US authors, including ACX creators, to advertise audiobook ASINs using Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands. With audiobooks becoming a more important part of author advertising strategies, we have expanded Book Series Stats to help you understand what happens after a listener discovers the first audiobook in your series.

Before you begin

Your audiobook editions may not have been automatically linked to their series. First, open Bookshelf & BSRs, find each audiobook, and make sure it is assigned to the correct Series Name and Number in Series. Series Stats can only include audiobooks that have been linked to the selected series.

Why it’s useful

• Listen-Thru shows how audiobook units progress from one available audiobook edition to the next.
• Cumulative Listen-Thru compares every audiobook with the first included audiobook in the series.
• Royalties Per Listener (RPL) estimates the audiobook royalties generated per listener entering the series.
• Listen-Thru Revenue estimates the downstream audiobook royalty value of one entry listener.
• Audiobook results remain separate from Sell-Thru, Read-Thru, and Royalties Per Reader, so your existing ebook and Kindle Unlimited metrics are not distorted.

• We developed Dashboard Essentials to give new users a clearer and more comfortable way to get started with Publisher Champ.
• It is designed for users who want fewer numbers, less complexity, and a focused view of the essential information they need to understand and run their business.
• Quickly review your filters, royalty and spending summary, top-performing books, performance graph, leading countries, and book or series results from one streamlined page.
• Rank countries by Net Royalties, Gross Royalties, Paid Units, Free Units, KENP Reads, or Spending.
• Dashboard Essentials is only the starting point. When you feel ready to explore more data, switch to Full dashboard for additional charts, comparisons, tables, and advanced controls.
• Use the Explore links throughout Essentials to open Publisher Champ’s detailed analytics pages and investigate a specific area further.
• Switch between Essentials and Full dashboard at any time. Your selection is saved to your Publisher Champ account and follows you across devices.
• Existing users will remain on Full dashboard by default, while new users will begin with Essentials. No existing dashboard features have been removed.

• Keep your latest Publisher Champ royalties visible directly from your Mac menu bar.
• Quickly switch between Today, Yesterday, and This Month.
• Choose whether the menu bar highlights your Gross or Net Royalties.
• See gross royalties, advertising spend and expenses, net royalties, KENP reads, and sales broken down by book format.
• Select between your own and authorized Shared Access accounts without changing the account selection on your Publisher Champ dashboard.
• Refresh manually or automatically every 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 3 hours.
• Sign in securely through Publisher Champ without manually copying your API key. Your key is stored securely in macOS Keychain.

• The app checks for new versions and lets you download updates directly without visiting the website.
