• Improved Recommended PivotTables experience: Recommended PivotTables are now more intelligent and easier to use! The dialog box interface has been replaced by a redesigned panel, making it easier to view all of your options and simpler to change your data selection before inserting a recommended PivotTable. • Request eSignatures directly from Word: Request eSignatures, create & share eSignature templates, with the confidence that your valuable document never leaves your Microsoft 365 tenant during the signing process.

Outlook

• We fixed an issue that caused Outlook to exit unexpectedly when loading a message in some VDI environments.

• Copilot generated summaries for call transfers on Teams Phone devices: Copilot generated summary provides an overview of the details and outcomes of transferred calls. It includes information such as caller's details, reason for the transfer, and the final resolution.
• Line key support for shared line and call transfers: This feature will enable you to assign shared lines to a line key, and view the boss and delegates of the line along with their presence on Teams Phone devices with touch screens. This feature allows delegates to pick up calls on behalf of the boss by pressing the line key and join active calls. Additionally, users will be able to assign the transfer action to the line key, enabling them to transfer active calls by pressing that line key.
• Personal meeting templates (Premium): End users will now be able to create personal meeting templates from Teams.
• Specify who has control of production tools in town hall: This feature introduces a new meeting option in town hall to specify who has control of the production tools during the event. Users defined here will have access to the controls in the 'Manage What Attendees See' and the 'Green Room.' …

• Individual desk booking for bookable desks: Previously, you could reserve a spot within a desk pool, now you can book an individual desk when plugging into a shared desk peripheral. In addition, IT admins can get valuable individual desk utilization data in the Teams Rooms Pro Management portal making flexible work environments better for users and IT. This feature requires a Teams Premium license.
• Occupancy status on Teams panels: Teams panels can now smartly utilize signals from Teams Rooms devices or occupancy sensors paired with panels to indicate when a room is in use (for example, LED glow), so you’re not surprised to find an available room is actually occupied.
• Separate policies to control transcription for town halls and webinars: Currently, the transcription policies for town halls and webinars inherit the transcription policies set for meetings. With this new change, both webinars and town halls will have separate policies to allow or disable transcription.

OneNote

• Fixed an issue where OneNote wasn't persisting some settings like keeping the notebooks list or page list on the left.

Outlook

• We fixed an issue that caused Copilot commands to be visible on items that aren't eligible for usage.
• We fixed an issue that prevented Copilot menu commands from accurately reflecting changes in user eligibility.
• Corrected an issue where Outlook was unable to extract the label data from an attachment, impacting the reliability of DLP assessments and also Label inheritance functionality.

PowerPoint

• We resolved an issue where the "Find Next" function didn't highlight the searched text within tables.
• We addressed an issue where accepting changes for text marked for grammar correction would inadvertently modify other nonhighlighted text.
• Fixed an issue where PowerPoint was unable to open a file from a network mapped drive from File Explorer.
• We resolved an issue where files stored on a network drive might disappear after being embedded as objects into a PowerPoint presentation.
• Adjusted behavior of the PowerPoint JavaScript API so each context.sync() creates a new entry on the undo stack.
• Corrected behaviors of ShapeFill.foregroundColor and ShapeFill.setSolidColor APIs when acting on Icons.

• Ability for meeting participants to edit their display name: Teams meeting participants will be able to edit their display name, enabling more flexibility in their meeting presence, regardless of their tenant set display name. Users can make this change during the meeting and it will persist throughout the duration of the meeting.
• Shared line history on Teams Phone devices: The shared line history feature on Teams Phone devices allows users to view call logs for all shared lines within a group. This enables group members to track incoming and outgoing calls, monitor call activities, and maintain a comprehensive call history for better collaboration and communication on phone devices.
• Users can resize their Teams window, and left and right panels in the product: Microsoft Teams desktop can be resized to 360x502 or 502x360 to prioritize what is most important, and the left and right panes can also be resized for improved multitasking.
