Automatische Aufzeichnung und Transkription für Teams Call Queues

Admins können Anrufe, die über Teams Call Queues beantwortet werden, automatisch aufzeichnen und transkribieren lassen, wobei die Aufzeichnungen in SharePoint liegen, über den Anrufverlauf in der Queues-App abrufbar sind und die Queues-App eine Teams-Premium-Lizenz erfordert.

Recordings are stored in SharePoint and can be accessed from call history in the Queues app. Admins can manage recording settings and agent access in the Teams admin center or with PowerShell.
