CrossWatch v0.13.2

Release: This release will give you some new sync features, a much easier Editor and a reworked Playlists page. You can now sync your watched history to AniList and Floppy now syncs episode and season ratings. The Editor, Quick add and Playlists all have been reworked to be simpler to use (well, i hope)

CrossWatch v0.13.1

This release makes Trakt available to everyone again. At least..for now. You can now connect with a simple PIN code, without creating your own Trakt API app. Trakt users with a free account will be able to connect to Trakt again. Existing Trakt users with own app needs to reconnect.

Recovery Plex history has been improved as you can also select Tautulli as source with autodetection for missing IDs.

CrossWatch v0.13.0

This release gives movies and shows that share the same TMDB ID their own identity. Sounds boring, I know, but this is an incredibly important architectural change for CrossWatch.

Upgrade note: Existing data is upgraded to the new identity on first use and older versions cannot read it correctly afterwards. The first sync after upgrading can add titles that were missing before. You cannot downgrade to any version before v0.13.x anymore.

• Separate movie and show identity: TMDB numbers movies and TV shows separately, so a movie and a show can share an id.
• Specials: Specials are now implemented, with a new Specials (Season 0) toggle per pair and an Ignore specials filter for scrobbler.

This release adds WeTrakr as a new experimental provider, Trakt CSV exports and fewer API calls during sync.

CrossWatch v0.12.4

I’ll be honest, this is a tricky update. I had to make changes to the orchestrator, which always carries risk. If you have issues, run the sync state maintenance task... still issues? i see you in discussions on github :-D That being said, this release adds Tracearr as a new provider, Nuvio self-hosted support and moves SIMKL to its new AUTH V2.

Upgrade note: SIMKL is retiring its old login (AUTH V1) and i will remove the V1 app at the end of this year. Reconnect your SIMKL ASAP

• Existing SIMKL connections keep working until then. But you need to reconnect SIMKL once before the end of the year.
• If you use OAuth with your own SIMKL keys, migrate to the pin flow.

CrossWatch v0.12.3

This release makes the Profile page the main place to see where each title lives across your providers. I've added new tabs, (bulk) remove support and a new media details modal. The idea is to make Profile has a (simple)tracker look, while keeping the main focus on your syncs/scrobble info.

Also some scrobble updates for Watcher and Webhooks, including media server support for different versions like 1080p and 4K. Experimental support for PlexKodiConnect. To use it, enable PlexKodiConnect compatibility in the options of your Watcher route. Added destination library whitelisting for Watcher and Webhook routes, allowing media server scrobbles to update only selected libraries

Upgrade note: Watchlist and Playback has been moved to the Profile section.

CrossWatch v0.12.2

This release adds individual item removal from providers, improved Plex history recovery and SIMKL rewatch tracking through watchers and webhooks. It also introduces configurable history matching tolerance to prevent duplicates.

• SIMKL rewatches: rewatch tracking for watchers and webhooks. Requires SIMKL Pro or VIP and is disabled by default.

CrossWatch v0.12.0

This major update puts you back in control, with Interactive Sync as awesome new feature. Review additions, updates and removals before applying/writing them. Choose what to accept, block, resolve conflicts and correct titles. It also brings improved logging with a dedicated logs page. More ways to fix unresolved items and remap your items. More insight with sync topology advisor and calendar heatmap.

Upgrade note: Sync state is now stored separately for each pair. Existing pairs rebuild their baselines on the next sync, which will take longer than usual. New features may(or will) introduce new bugs. If your current version works well, you can also wait for some fixes before upgrading.

CrossWatch v0.11.6

This release includes several caching methods, which should result in faster page loads when content is cached. It also includes additional security hardening and UI tuning.

Plex watcher reworked: routes now handle missing playback users more strict. CW will try to resolve the real Plex user from the active session before applying username filters. The (old)fallback behavior is still available (and enabled) for existing routes but for new routes the default is disabled (strict). After upgrading, be sure to test your routes.

CrossWatch v0.11.3

This release introduces a new tracker BingeBase currently supported for scrobbling (watcher/webhooks) only. Another major addition is the new Command Line Interface, which can be used either directly from the command line or interactive shell. This means users can configure CW directly from the CLI without needing to use the Web UI. Just awesome for nerds like me.

Follow-up release on v0.11.0 and v0.11.1 with some fixes and support for Agregarr. Additional you can now switch to any User profiles in the admin panel for main/watchlist and Playback.

CrossWatch v0.11.1

Updated to version 0.11.1 to include some improvements and bugfixes, still fully based on v0.11.0

This is a massive release. CW now uses a native SQLite database backend for core runtime data and introduces multi user support.

Managed user support (multi-users) is still in very early development, so read the wiki pages before using it. Its simple: When using managed users, create: dedicated provider instances, Sync Pairs, Watcher routes, etc allocatd to a user profile -> user acccount. NOTE: You only need to confiure user profiles if your goal is to link them and create seperate Managed Users accounts.

This release introduces major architectural changes, so expect new bugs.

IMPORTANT: Your config.json will be rewriten. Existing sync data and manual overrides are not migrated. Older .json files are moved into /config/legacy. Gettings your data back is easy, just sync.

When using Floppy, make sure you are running the latest image, it includes an important bug fix.
