A richer All Apps page

The All Apps page has new ways to find and organize your apps.

• Filter, search, and sort: Narrow down your apps and sort them the way you want.
• More at a glance: App cards now show details like publish date, number of users, and collaborators.
• Drag into folders: Drag and drop apps into folders to keep them organized.

Multiple conversations with your Superagent

You can now keep separate conversations with your Superagent instead of one long chat. Each conversation keeps its own context, so unrelated work does not get mixed together.

• Work in parallel: Keep different tasks in different conversations.
• Pick up where you left off: Move between conversations without losing track of where you were.
• Archive old conversations: Tuck away conversations you are done with.

Let AI resolve your GitHub sync conflicts

You can now resolve a GitHub merge conflict without leaving Base44. When a sync hits a conflict, AI chat shows a Resolve option, reworks each conflicted file so changes from both sides survive, then pushes the finished merge back to your repository.

Custom domains are included in the Starter plan

You can connect a custom domain from the Starter plan up, instead of needing a one-off grant. You can also remove the Base44 badge from your app. The Starter plan does not include the free 1 year domain, so you buy or bring your own.

Design systems now apply to captured and imported apps

You can now attach a workspace design system to an app that started somewhere else, like a website capture or a Figma import. Attach it once the app has finished building, and Base44 rebuilds the theme and every page on top of your design system instead of recoloring what is already there.

Add entities and fields inside a branch

You can now add entities and fields while working in a branch, and see them right away in that branch's own preview. Records stay shared with your main app, and Base44 keeps your main schema safe from breaking changes.

Require workspace API keys instead of personal ones

<Warning> Available for admins and owners on the Enterprise plan. </Warning>

You can now require that your workspace's apps and data use only workspace service keys and app-user authentication, which blocks personal API keys. A Business workspace can have workspace keys, but requiring them is an Enterprise control.

Set publishing permissions by workspace group

On the Enterprise plan, workspace governance now shows group rows next to role rows, so you can set publishing permissions for a whole group at once.

Restore a deleted app from Trash

When you delete an app, it moves to Trash. You can restore it yourself for 30 days from the Trash view or the Undo toast, and a workspace admin can restore any app across the workspace.

• Restoring rebuilds your backend: Base44 also lists anything you need to set up again, since deleting immediately releases the app's custom domains, connected integrations, and automations.

Web search works with any AI model

Web search in AI chat now works with any model. Base44 runs up to three searches and merges what it finds into your request. Searches use credits.

Search your workspace settings by name

Search your settings by name from the settings sidebar. Results show each setting's name and the page it lives on, and selecting one takes you straight there.

Edit mode works on more elements

Edit mode now covers many more elements, including list items, table cells, buttons, and blockquotes. Edits to them save and update your live preview right away, and if one can't be applied, a message tells you why.

AI chat adapts to your preview width

AI chat now knows how wide your preview is rendering, so a narrower panel is treated as tablet-sized automatically, with no need to tell it.

Invite links open login or signup with your email filled in

Follow an invite link while signed out and Base44 now sends you to the right place with your email already filled in. You go to login if you have an account or your workspace uses SSO, or to signup if you're new. After you sign in, you're returned to the invite.

Choose exactly which emails you get

Unsubscribing from a Base44 email now only opts you out of marketing messages. Transactional emails, like login codes, password resets, and billing notices, always get through.

• Pick your topics: A new Email preferences page in your account settings lets you choose exactly which marketing topics you want to receive.
• Easy resubscribe: Clicking Unsubscribe opens a confirmation page with a one-click Resubscribe, so you don't need to contact support to opt back in.

Cleaner CSV imports for empty values and lists

Importing a CSV now handles list fields written as either JSON or a comma-separated string, and the Data tab reports import errors along with the real record count.

Switch a monthly plan to yearly from Manage Subscription

On the plan picker's Yearly tab, selecting your current monthly plan opens Manage Subscription, where Upgrade to Yearly switches you over in place.

Login and signup pages load faster

The login and signup background images now load as responsive files sized for your screen instead of one large image, so both pages open faster on every device.

Attach large Figma brand files

You can now attach a large .fig brand guide. Pick the frames you need, and Base44 prepares the file in the background, downscaling oversized images inside it, so you can keep filling in the rest of the form while it works.
