Die Canvas „Create a new workflow“ bietet neben „Add trigger“ nun eine „Add action“-Karte, mit der man zuerst die Aktion wählt, die KI einen Prompt ergänzt und nach dem Auslöser fragt.

The Create a new workflow canvas now has an Add action card next to Add trigger. Pick what the workflow does, such as a backend function, a condition, a wait, or a step you describe yourself. The AI fills in a prompt for it and asks you what should set the workflow off.

Ein neuer Tab „Emails“ im Dashboard erlaubt es, App-E-Mails per Vorlage oder KI zu gestalten, in der Vorschau zu prüfen, Testmails zu senden und als „Send email“-Schritt in Workflows zu nutzen (ab Builder-Plan).

A new Emails tab in your dashboard lets you design emails that look like your app. Start from a template already in your brand colors and fonts, or ask the AI to design one, then preview it on desktop, tablet, and mobile and send yourself a test.

  • Built-in emails: Customize the password reset, email verification, user invitation, and access approved emails your app sends.
  • Send email step: Add any of your emails to a workflow. Ask the AI chat and it designs the email and adds the step for you.

Available on the Builder plan and above.

Steuerung neuer Connectors im Enterprise-Plan

Im Enterprise-Plan können Workspace-Owner und Admins festlegen, ob neue Base44-Connectors sofort für Mitglieder nutzbar sind oder erst nach Freigabe durch einen Admin, ohne dass bestehende Connectors geändert werden.

Decide how new connectors arrive

On the Enterprise plan, workspace owners and admins can now choose what happens when Base44 releases a new connector. Turn it on so members can use it right away, or keep it off until an admin reviews and allows it.

Changing this setting never changes the connectors already in your workspace.

SSO und Data Residency im Business-Plan

Für ab dem 1. Oktober 2026 erstellte Workspaces sind Workspace-SSO, App-SSO und Data Residency mit einem Business- oder Enterprise-Plan verfügbar, während ältere Workspaces ihre bisherige Anforderung behalten.

SSO and data residency on the Business plan

Workspaces created on or after October 1, 2026 need an Enterprise plan (Business or Enterprise) for workspace SSO, SSO for apps, and data residency. You can upgrade to Business yourself from your workspace billing settings.

Workspaces created before October 1, 2026 keep their earlier plan requirement, so nothing changes for them.

Workspace-Mitglieder als App-Mitarbeiter zulassen

Man kann nun wählen, ob alle Workspace-Mitglieder beim Öffnen automatisch zu Mitarbeitern einer App werden („Workspace members“) oder nur eingeladene Personen („Invited only“); Base-Code-Apps nutzen standardmäßig Ersteres.

Choose who can collaborate on your app. With Workspace members, anyone in your workspace becomes a collaborator as soon as they open the app, no invite needed. With Invited only, only the people you invite can work on it.

Base Code apps use Workspace members by default. All other apps use Invited only, so they work as before until you change the setting.

Die Sicherheitseinstellungen erlauben nun zu wählen, ob die App per iframe von jedem, nur von gelisteten Seiten oder von niemandem geladen werden darf, und im Enterprise-Plan lässt sich eine Workspace-weite Richtlinie in Governance setzen.

Your app's security settings now let you choose who may load it in an iframe: anyone, only the sites you list, or no one. This replaces the old on and off toggle, and is open on every plan.

  • One policy for the workspace: On the Enterprise plan, owners and admins set a single embedding policy in Governance and every app in the workspace follows it.
  • Tighter for one app: An app can be stricter than the workspace policy, never looser. Where a workspace policy applies, the app says so.

  • Featured apps: Your most popular apps appear at the top, or admins can pick them. Anyone can pin their own favorites.
  • Browse and search: Find any app visible to the workspace, and filter by recently used, most popular, or new this week.
  • Sections: Admins can group apps by team or task. Any published app can go in Featured or a section, and each member only sees the apps they can open.
  • Your hub, your brand: Add a cover image, a logo, and a description.

  • Decide who can connect: Open adding organizations to everyone, or limit it to admins and owners.
  • Control which organizations are allowed: Each connected organization has its own toggle, and members only see the allowed ones when they create or import a repository.
  • See everything in one place: Every connection is listed with its status, and disconnecting one tells you how many apps stop syncing before you confirm.
