How to get started

• You'll need an active Veeqo US account to be eligible.
• Learn more about Seller Assistant and join the waitlist to have it enabled.

Use Veeqo right inside the AI tools you already work in with our new MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Ask Claude or ChatGPT to check stock, compare shipping rates or print packing slips, in plain language, and it does the work for you.

What you can do

• Build your own workflows and apps, without writing code.
• Stay secure by default: every request runs as a specific Veeqo user and can only do what that user's account allows.

How to connect

• Use https://app.veeqo.com/mcp as the server URL.
• OAuth clients (like Claude and ChatGPT): paste the URL and log in to Veeqo in your browser.
• Other clients: authenticate with your Veeqo API key.

You can now link your OnTrac account to Veeqo and purchase labels at your negotiated rates.

What's new:

• Connect your OnTrac account and access the rates you've already negotiated.
• OnTrac rates appear alongside your other carriers in Veeqo
• Every label keeps the same A-to-z and OTDR protections when shipped on time.

How to connect:

Request V3 API credentials from OnTrac →  Add your OnTrac account in Settings → Click Shipping carriers → Click Connect carrier account

Your own OnTrac rates appear in rate shopping, ready to buy.

You can now customize your invoices, packing slips, and pick lists with a new HTML Editor for full control, or toggle on new fields like product images, barcodes, and bin locations in the no-code editor.

What's new:

• HTML Editor: Build custom documents with your logo, product images, barcodes, and order details, pulled in automatically at print time
• Live preview: Check your changes as you go, without saving
• Multiple template versions: Create and save multiple versions per document type
• Multi-brand support: Assign templates to specific brands so the right one prints automatically
• New no-code fields: Toggle on product images, barcodes, and bin locations without code

How to access:

Click Settings page → Click Printing documents → Click Add custom version → Customize any document and click Create Template

Send a replacement shipment directly from the original order when a package is lost, damaged, or misdelivered.

What's new:

• Reship from the original order: The replacement links automatically to the original, keeping your history clean and easy to trace
• Original order stays intact: Your tracking and shipment details are preserved
• Stock adjusts automatically: Inventory updates when you create the reship
• Partial reships: Only resend the items you need to

How to access:

Visit the S_hipped_ page → Click the dropdown under Actions → Select Reship → Click Next

We are rolling out new improvements to Veeqo’s shipping experience, bringing you faster bulk shipping, smarter rate selection and built-in Amazon account health protection. As part of this upgrade, some older features will be retired when the new experience reaches your account. 

Here’s what’s changing: 

• Multi-piece shipments – carriers offering discounted rates for sending multiple packages to the same destination will no longer be supported. Shipments with multiple boxes will require a separate label for each package.

• Custom Carrier API – ship with carriers built natively and available in Veeqo 

• Stock Take – manage your inventory with Veeqo’s suite of inventory features 

• Specialty carriers – certain carriers will not be supported in the new experience, including DHL eCommerce, APC, Israel Post, and Australia Post

These changes are part of our ongoing work to make Veeqo faster and smarter, with additional carriers and features to come.
