If you are signed in, the public research pages now show you the real numbers instead of locked placeholders: quarter-over-quarter changes on a fund manager's holdings, a stock's largest holder, last quarter's net institutional flow and 90-day insider buying, and a signal's full spread, hit rate and median — everything your plan already includes, right where you are. Visitors and search engines see exactly what they saw before. Searching the public research pages for a stock while signed in now takes you straight to your own desk to run it — no more being invited to join the product you already pay for. Plan gates everywhere now read what your membership actually includes, not a stale billing label. Beta and admin accounts no longer see spurious locks on features they have. Public research reports now keep themselves fresh: any featured report older than 14 days is regenerated automatically overnight, so an indexed page never carries a month-old read. The health score, drift, and the risk-and-return card each carry "How we calculated this": the standard formulas with your own numbers substituted in, including what we deliberately keep unpublished and why. Shadow books answer the what-if honestly: your portfolio's health score if you adopted the blend, computed with full sector context — and when the context is not complete enough to be honest, it says so instead of showing a confident wrong number. Our Terms and Privacy Policy were rewritten to match the product exactly: what…

v2.7.2 promised every completed report a public page, but one read path still consulted the old curated list, so visitors saw the original 18. All 37 are now live, and a pulled report stays pulled on every surface.

Moneyta 2.7.2: Alle fertigen Reports öffentlich, klarere E-Mails

Every stock the research desk has completed a report on is now on the public featured surface — the set doubled overnight. Membership is automatic and safe by construction: a page can only be listed if a finished report exists to serve, so a dead link is impossible. Reports pulled for editorial or legal reasons stay pulled. Searching the featured list for a stock we have not published now tells you the truth and offers the next step: the ticker is recognized by name, marked as having no public report yet, and one tap starts a Moneyta account to run the research yourself. The alert digest email now speaks plainly. A finished research briefing says "ready" instead of pretending to be a triggered threshold, empty values are omitted rather than shown as dashes, and the subject line says what actually happened — "2 reports ready, nothing else moved" — so you can safely skip it from your inbox. If a lookup fails while we check a ticker or a fund manager, the answer is now "we could not check just now" — never a false "does not exist." Every email Moneyta sends now shares one visual language — the same green, the same layout, the same tone — whether it is your weekly digest, a trial reminder, or a Vault recovery code.

Our filing-parser's error handler could crash while recording a failure, which hid the real problem and failed the whole nightly run. It now records what went wrong and carries on with the next filing, so a single awkward document cannot stop the night's work. The rest of this week brings a post a day: how to read insider trading, whether insider and institutional signals actually work, the fund manager data that is open to everyone, what today's price already believes, and why the dashboard now starts simple.

Follow any stock or fund manager and hear only when the filings change: new 13Fs with what actually moved vs the prior quarter, big tracked-manager moves in your stocks, and rewritten risk factors. One quiet notification a night at most, never a price ping, email only in the weekly digest. Whale alerts on everything you hold, no setup: when tracked managers add, trim, open or exit a stock in your portfolio, that night's digest says so. Filings are delayed disclosures and every alert says exactly how delayed. Shadow books: put one manager's disclosed book, or a weighted blend of up to eight, beside your own portfolio — overlap, tilts, and each manager's real measured record. If we can't price 85% of a book it refuses honestly, and a blend's headline is labeled arithmetic, never a backtest. A season ledger on every stock: 13Fs trickle in for 45 days, so the ledger shows who has filed so far — with the denominator on screen ("67 of 500 tracked managers have filed") and a warning that early filers skew small. "New since you last looked" on the research home, with explicit acknowledgment: rows stay until you say Got it, and later filings re-surface only the increment. Valuation on the workstation: what today's price implies about growth, computed from the company's own filings, with every assumption editable and every step explained. The fair-value range never enters the desk's scores and never appears on public pages. A simpler Basic dashboard, Coinbase-style: your balance, the c…

The cloneability study now states its numbers with their true signs. A positive median edge was rendering as negative; the summary sentence also adapts to what the data says instead of assuming the study came out one way. Managers outside the 500 largest filers now hear the truth: track records are computed for the top-500 cohort, and a manager outside it will not grow one later. Previously the page implied a record was on its way. When a manager's book is too broad for us to price at least 85% of it, the page now says how much we can price and why very diversified books stay below the floor, rather than presenting a bare zero. The institutional research screens stay fast after our own data corrections: the caches they read are now rebuilt immediately when we correct data, instead of the first visitor paying the recompute. Adviser registry updates degrade gracefully again when the SEC's adviser feed rate-limits us, reporting exactly what loaded and what is pending instead of a generic error.

Moneyta 2.6.4: Historische Manager-Portfolios korrekt dargestellt

Quarters where a manager received confidential treatment no longer look like the fund nearly liquidated. When the SEC later allows the hidden positions to be revealed, the reveal filing is a partial document by design; we now combine it with the original filing instead of letting its small total stand in for the whole book. Berkshire's 2023 quarters were the visible case. The quarter where the SEC switched 13F reporting from thousands of dollars to dollars was being scaled twice, which showed managers' books in the trillions. Values for that quarter now read exactly as filed, and the correction has been applied to every stored filing from that period. Manager history charts now show every quarter we hold — up to six and a half years — rather than the most recent three.

Every institutional manager page now carries a track record: how the manager's disclosed holdings actually performed after each filing, computed only from what was public on the day the filing appeared. Managers whose filings cannot be priced reliably are scored as unratable rather than guessed at. Signals now come with their base rates. Each evidence page reports how often that setup preceded outperformance across roughly nine years of history, including the times it did not work. Insight, not advice: we show the odds, you make the call. A conviction screen ranks stocks by how much real money the strongest-record managers have behind them, so a big name mentioned everywhere and a big position actually held are no longer the same thing. 13F filers are cross-referenced against the SEC's investment-adviser registry, so a manager's registration record is one click from their filings.

Institutional holder counts now mean one thing everywhere: managers who hold the stock. A manager holding only options against a company is no longer counted as an owner, because an option is a different position from owning shares. Company identification is stricter. A company is only matched to a filing when an authoritative identifier says so, never when a single filer's paperwork happens to spell a name a certain way. Anything unmatched is shown as filed rather than guessed at, and we verify our figures against the SEC's own published files. Ownership history now goes back further. Four more quarters of institutional and insider filings are loaded, so quarter-over-quarter changes have real history behind them rather than a single comparison.

Institutional ownership figures now refresh immediately after any data correction on our side, rather than waiting out an internal cache. If we fix an identity mapping, the screens reflect it on the next load. The full guide to reading 13F filings is published, along with the rest of the queued articles: how to follow large investors without fooling yourself, what the 45-day lag really means, and the specific ways this data misleads people.

Four times a year the biggest investors in the US have to publish what they hold, and company officers have to report their own trades within two business days. All of that is now part of Moneyta research. Open any company and you can see which large managers reported holding it, how the holder count and the dollars moved from one quarter to the next, and which insiders have been buying or selling. Every institutional figure states the quarter it came from and the 45-day reporting lag that comes with it. These filings describe a past date, never today, and we would rather label that plainly than let a stale number look current. Insider filings are the opposite and arrive within two business days, so those are genuinely fresh. Insider activity is read carefully rather than counted. An open-market purchase, a stock grant, an option exercise and shares withheld for taxes are different events, and only some of them reflect a decision. Trades made under a plan arranged months in advance are separated out too, because they say very little about what someone thinks today. What we surface is clustered buying: several different insiders purchasing within a short window, which is far harder to explain away than any single trade. You can now follow an individual manager. Their reported book across quarters, what they added, trimmed, opened and exited, how concentrated they run, and any company they hold in more than one form at once, such as stock alongside calls and puts. Book size is…
