Änderungen an REST-API-Feldern

In der REST API gibt es das neue Feld environment_vars für dbt-Transformationen und das neue Feld connector_class bei den Connector-Typ-Methoden, außerdem ist enabled beim Erstellen eines Log Service nun standardmäßig true.

  • For the Transformations for dbt Core Management API, we added a new field, environment_vars. You can now manage the list of environment variables defined as key-value pairs.
  • The enabled field in the Log Service Management API's Create a Log Service method now has the true value by default.
  • We added a new field, connector_class, in the Retrieve connector types and Retrieve connector type details methods.

Open Exchange Rates: Basiswährung wählbar

Im Setup-Formular des Open Exchange Rates Connectors kann über das neue Drop-down-Menü Base Currency die Basiswährung gewählt werden, zuvor war es fest der US-Dollar.

Magic Folder Connectors: Datumswerte aus Excel-Formeln als TIMESTAMP

Datumswerte aus Formelzellen in Excel-Dateien werden nun als TIMESTAMP statt wie zuvor als DOUBLE ins Ziel synchronisiert.

We have updated our sync strategy regarding the Excel files containing formula cells. We now sync the date values of the formula cell results as TIMESTAMP. Previously, we synced them as DOUBLE in our destination.

Verbesserte Schema Change Settings

Mit aktivierter Option Send notifications unter New Data Notifications Settings sendet Fivetran nun bei neuen Datenobjekten in der Quelle unabhängig von der gewählten Schema-Änderungsoption eine E-Mail, zuvor nur bei Block all.

Die Connector-Liste lässt sich über das Gruppierungssymbol neben den Spalten Source, Destination oder Status in Gruppen gliedern, die ein- und ausgeklappt sowie sortiert werden können.

Überarbeitete Destination-Seite

Die Destination-Seite wurde neu gestaltet, mit einem Actions-Menü oben rechts und verbesserter Navigation zu den zugehörigen Connectors, abhängig davon, ob es mehr als 20 oder höchstens 20 sind.

Azure Cosmos DB: Data Blocking und Packed Mode als Standard

Für Azure Cosmos DB Connections, die nach dem 17. Juli 2023 erstellt wurden, wird Data Blocking and Hashing unterstützt, und für nach dem 25. Juli 2023 erstellte Connections ist Packed mode nun der Standard-Sync-Modus.

Anpassbare Verzögerungsbenachrichtigung

Auf dem Setup-Tab lässt sich nun festlegen, wann ein Connector als verzögert gilt, wobei durchschnittliche Sync-Dauer, Sync-Frequenz und die gewählte Einstellung berücksichtigt werden und Enterprise-Kunden den Schwellenwert über Custom frei bestimmen können.

You can now customize when your connector is considered delayed on your connector's Setup tab. When determining whether a connector is delayed, we now consider the following factors:

  • the average duration of the connector's previous syncs
  • the connector's sync frequency
  • the delay notification setting you specified

This allows for more accurate and flexible delay notifications. Previously, we considered a connector delayed when it took more than four hours longer than normal to start a sync.better-delay-notificationsIf you on an Enterprise plan or above, you can fully customize the delay threshold using the Custom option. {% important %}To receive notifications about the delays, make sure you are subscribed to the connector whose delay threshold you defined.{% /important %}better-delay-notifications

Sendgrid: Unterstützung mehrerer Webhooks

Der Sendgrid-Connector wurde verbessert, damit die von Sendgrid nun erlaubten mehreren Webhooks genauso funktionieren wie die bisherigen.

Sendgrid now allows to use multiple webhooks. To support this change, we have improved the Sendgrid connector to ensure that the new webhooks work as well as the existing ones.
