• Export to CSV in Protect and Control: Admins can now export Protect and Control data to CSV files, either by selecting specific rows or exporting entire tables with up to 50,000 items. • AI model selector : Users can now choose from a selection of up to five AI models for chat and writing tasks, making it easier to select the best model for each specific use case. A new, intuitive interface presents clear model names and descriptions, helping users quickly understand each model’s strengths and make informed decisions. • Dash web search: Users can now search the web directly within Dash, making it faster to find relevant information without leaving the product. Users are notified when web search occurs and can opt out at any time, ensuring transparency and control. All data remains secure and is handled in accordance with privacy regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Learn more here. …

• Desktop dual mode: Dash on desktop now supports two modes: a lightweight launcher (triggered by Cmd-E on Mac and Ctrl-E on Windows) for quick actions like search, and a persistent full app view (Cmd-Shift-E on Mac or Ctrl-Shift-E on Windows) that stays open while you work. • Dash MCP server: The local Dash MCP server is now available, bringing Dash’s AI-powered search and context directly into MCP-compatible clients like Claude and Cursor. Users can find the answers and insights they need to take action, without switching tabs or breaking focus. Learn more here.

• Full support for large text documents in chat: Chat now processes the full text extracted from long documents—enabling more complete summaries and answers, especially for large files like contracts, logs, or reports. • Protect and control: policies with automated remediations and alerts: Organization admins can now automate remediation and receive email alerts on policy matches through a new Policies tab in Protect and control. This feature offers preset and granular filters, enabling quick identification of risks and streamlined policy enforcement. Policies can automatically remediate issues—such as removing a shared link—or send email alerts based on configured options. When automated remediation isn’t set, admins can manually take action, including applying bulk remediations across multiple policy matches and policy states. • Protect and control : resizable drawer: The item details drawer in Protect and control, as well as Action History, can now be resized, giving admins the flexibility to adjust the width of the interface for better visibility and easier navigation. Smarter chat support for image-based content: Chat now supports deeper reasoning over standalone image files and image-rich documents—like slides, diagrams, and scanned pages—across multi-doc, multi-turn conversations. Search private Slack messages in Dash: The Slack connector now supports private messages—including DMs, group DMs, and private channels. Users can now find relevant conversations and shared content from across their Slack workspace, no matter where it was sent. Learn more here.

Workday connector: Users can unlock direct access to key HR data by connecting their Workday account to Dash. This integration makes it easy to search workers, job roles, positions, and help cases without leaving Dash, helping users find people, understand roles, and get context on HR activity. Get to know teammates with company directory: Search results now include clickable people cards that open rich employee profiles, showing roles, contact details, and reporting structure. Summarize and search across visual content: Summarize and ask questions about visual content—including charts, tables, diagrams, and slides—from PDFs, presentations, and more. Supported content types include .pdf, .gslides, .pptx, .odp, and .pptm for content stored in all connectors.

Item details page in Protect and control: Gives admins a more detailed view of who has access to a specific document, folder, or shared drive—plus the ability to filter by account type and remove collaborators in bulk—offering a more powerful way to investigate and remediate access issues in Dash. When a user clicks into Dash search box, they’ll see four actions:

→ Write – Start a new doc or draft
→ Organize – Sort and group content

• Directly add to section in stack: When searching for an item to add to a stack, users now have the option to add that item directly to a section with an easy to use dropdown. • Connector sync status: We’ve introduced enhancements to the connector sync status, improving visibility into the ingestion progress and providing more status updates on the Apps page in Dash. • ‍Access Dash search directly from your browser: With the Dash browser extension installed, users can easily conduct searches in Dash directly from the search bar in Chrome or Edge. Just type ds followed by your query to access recent docs without breaking your work flow. Learn more here.
• ‍Email domain allowlist for connected apps: Admins can now control which email domains users can use for connected apps, ensuring only company-approved accounts are linked to Dash while restricting personal accounts like Gmail for added security and data control. Learn more here.
