You can now add Recommendations to your Creator Profile. This is a way to showcase the creators you recommend before someone subscribes to your list. This will expand the reach of your recommendation to existing subscribers you already have. You can enable this in your Creator Profile settings.

On the Dashboard and Weekly Email Notifications, we’ve made an update to make your email metrics more helpful and actionable for you. Instead of all-time stats, there is now a 90-day rolling comparison metric to help you understand your growing business.

Are you a freelancer always needing to recreate an email template for a client? Are you a designer who wants to share your beautiful email designs? Or maybe, you're just in need of a template you saw and fell in love with. 

With this new sharing feature, you can now create a one-click link to share your email templates with other creators. All they'll need to do is hit "Use this template" and it'll be added directly into their account, so they can start using it right away.

We’ve made improvements to the Squarespace integration to make sure all purchases are coming through to your ConvertKit account in a timely manner. There were some reports that purchase data via the Squarespace integration was delayed, taking hours or a few days to come through.

While we were fixing this bug, we also added in automatic check for expired Squarespace websites. If your Squarespace website expires, we will pause syncing of your integration and check once a week to see if you’ve renewed your Squarespace site to renew syncing needs.

Have brand colors you always work with? Save them for easy access to update your background colors, fonts, and accent whenever you're building a landing page or writing an email.

You can add to your saved colors as you're working on your next landing page or email, or by going to Settings > General.

Add Commerce products to your Creator Profile to boost your sales and showcase all your content and product in one place.

The Creator Profile is an out-of-box experience for everyone to easily create their link-in-bio, newsletter feed, or both! With the addition of your Commerce products, it can act as your storefront, too.

On any individual Commerce product, you'll now find a Reports drop down that gives you the transaction details of all the customers who have purchased that product.

There is now a Transactions view under your Products to give you a better understanding of how your product sales are performing. It will give the breakdown of the following:

• Product
• Customer
• Date of purchase
• Discount (if any)
• Gross revenue
• Net revenue (after discounts and fees)

You'll also be able to export this transaction data to run any additional analysis to learn how you can drive additional revenue.

Add additional standard products on the checkout page to upsell your customers and increase your average order value. Upsells are best done with with products that are typically used together or build on each other. Plus, you can even offer a checkout-only discount as an incentive for your customers.

Introducing Starting Points—new email templates that give you more flexibility to edit and stylize content in your email. With Starting Points, you can create email templates with layout blocks in the header and footer, and make on-the-go edits to your template in the broadcast email editor.

We've made UI updates to the text toolbar to be static in the email editor. This will improve the writing experience by making it easier to style, add, and edit your email content.

Drive more traffic and revenue from your emails with additional new layout blocks! Easily add sponsored content, product highlights, and different types of call-to-actions in your next email campaign to drive higher engagement.

You can now charge EU and UK Value-Added Tax (VAT) on products sold using ConvertKit Commerce. To charge VAT on ConvertKit products, you can enable it under Settings > Commerce and the price you set will be inclusive of the tax. When it's time to file your VAT return, you can download a report of all transactions for which you have collected VAT.

You can now embed the products you've created in ConvertKit Commerce directly into your emails. This will make it even easier for you to showcase and sell your products whether in a one-time email promotion or in your evergreen promotion sequence. 

By default, your bank statement descriptor will be the first part of the website URL you provided when setting up payments in ConvertKit Commerce. Now, you can customize it so to help customers recognize their purchases with you more easily and reduce any refunds and disputes. 

To update your statement description, go to Settings > Commerce.

We want to be able to give creators the ability to turn on weekly or monthly account summary email notifications. This will give creators a at-a-glance overview of how their account is performing, including number of new subscribers, best performing landing pages and emails, as well as total revenue.

Weekly summary notifications are enabled by default. You can manage your notifications under Settings > Notifications.
