Auto Engagement berücksichtigt alle Rechnungen
Auto Engagement nutzt nun eine API, die alle Rechnungen (offene und geschlossene) liefert, statt wie zuvor nur offene.
Earlier, Auto Engagement was using the invoice API that returned only open invoices. With this release, it uses the API which returns results around all the invoices (open & closed).
Fehler bei prozentualen manuellen Rabatten behoben
Manuelle prozentuale Rabatte wurden auf Subscription-Rechnungen fälschlich als feste Beträge angewendet, was nun behoben ist.
It was identified that manual discounts based on percentage were being calculated and applied to subscription invoices as fixed amounts instead. This is now fixed!
Plan ID wird in Leap UI gekürzt angezeigt
Die Plan ID wird in der Leap UI gekürzt, damit die Spalte schmaler wird, und lässt sich per Doppelklick oder über das Kopiersymbol kopieren.
Previously the length of the Plan ID was longer, which created blank space in the Plan ID column, leading to a longer table. We have truncated the Plan ID to adjust the width of the column. Also, you can copy the Plan ID by double-clicking or clicking the copy icon.
Anzahl der Subscription-Status auf der Kundenseite in Leap UI
Auf der Kundenseite in der Leap UI wird nun die Anzahl der aktiven und gekündigten Subscriptions angezeigt, die zuvor fehlte.
On the customer page, the number of active and canceled subscription statuses is missing in Leap UI. Now you can see the number of subscription statuses on the customer page.
Customer ID wird in Leap UI gekürzt angezeigt
Die Customer ID wird auf der Kundenseite in der Leap UI gekürzt dargestellt und lässt sich über ein Kopiersymbol vollständig kopieren.
Previously on the customer page, if the length of the Customer ID was longer, which created a blank space in the Customer ID column leading to a longer table. Now we have truncated the Customer ID to adjust the length of the column width. We have also provided the copy icon to copy the entire Customer ID. You can also use this feature to copy a longer Customer ID that is not fully visible.
Apply-Button bei der Konfiguration des Product Catalog
Unter Configure Chargebee > Product Catalog schließt Proceed ohne Änderungen das Popup Set Billing Frequency, während bei Änderungen über einen Apply-Button die Änderungen übernommen werden.
On the Configure Chargebee > Product Catalog page, click Manage.
If no changes are made in the settings the Proceed button will close the Set Billing Frequency popup and take you back to the Configure Chargebee > Product Catalog page.
If you make any changes then Proceed button will allow you to implement the changes using an Apply button.
Billing-Informationen per Custom Fields synchronisieren

Hotglue-Sync: Zahlungsstatus „Paid“ korrigiert
Nach dem Sync wird der Zahlungsstatus jetzt als Paid angezeigt, wenn der Saldo null ist, während zuvor bei voller Zahlung nur Payment Confirmed angezeigt wurde.
Earlier, after a transaction, the payment status was getting updated as Payment Confirmed (Full Payment) and Partially Paid (Partial Payment), but Paid(Full payment) was not getting updated. Now with this fix, after the sync, if the balance is zero, the payment status is displayed as Paid.
Coupon-Fehlermeldung bei fehlendem Rabattbetrag behoben
Beim Ändern des Coupon-Rabatttyps auf „fixed“ ohne Rabattbetrag wird nun die zuvor fehlende Fehlermeldung angezeigt.
While updating a coupon to change the discount type as fixed without specifying the discount amount, the error message was not displayed. Fixed!

E-Invoicing für Gutschriften: neuer Status „Registered“
Für E-Invoices in Indien gibt es einen neuen Status „Registered“, der anzeigt, dass die Rechnung bei der IRP registriert, aber noch nicht per E-Mail versendet wurde, und die Datei lässt sich auf der Detailseite der Gutschrift als PDF oder XML herunterladen.
We've introduced a new Registered status exclusively for e-invoices in India to indicate if the e-invoice is successfully registered on the IRP, and is yet to be sent to the customer via email. The e-invoice file can be downloaded in a PDF or XML file format from the respective credit notes details page in Chargebee.

An attribute to differentiate the subscription level churn as Voluntary / Involuntary is available within RevenueStory. As a result, new metrics were introduced along with an attribute Churn Type within Report builder to help customers build custom reports using this attribute.

You will now be able to collect Tax Registration numbers from your customers during checkout. The full-page layout of checkout now supports collecting Vat Number and Tax Reg Number details along with billing address as in the In-app layout of the checkout.

Coupon- und Rechnungskorrekturen sowie E-Invoice-Erweiterung
Behoben wurden die falsche Anwendung von Invoice-Level-Coupons als Item-Level-Coupons und ausbleibende Rechnungskonsolidierung trotz gleicher Zahlungsmethode und Währung, außerdem gibt es den neuen E-Invoice-Status „Registered“ für Indien, während „Collect now“ weiterhin nur 10 Zahlungsmethoden anzeigt und dafür ein Workaround über die Standardkarte des Kunden empfohlen wird.
The following errors were fixed and feature enhancements were released with this update:
While invoicing unbilled charges, an invoice-level coupon was applied as an item-level coupon incorrectly. Fixed!
With the invoice consolidation feature enabled, invoices were not consolidated in some cases as expected in spite of the associated invoices having the same payment method and currency. This is now fixed!
The collect now option for an invoice does not display all available cards for a customer and displays only 10 payment methods. A workaround solution to mark a card as customer default and then attempt the collect now option was proposed while the team is working towards an ideal solution.
