MCP tool settings are now easier to manage

MCP tool settings now use separate General, Tools & Stakes, and Availability tabs. Search and select individual tools, use Select all, and apply bulk changes only to the tools you choose. You can also control skill restrictions and whether a tool is available workspace-wide or only in selected Spaces.

Qobra remote MCP

Qobra is now available in Dust's MCP catalog as two regional entries, Qobra (EU) and Qobra US. Connect through OAuth to let agents retrieve commissions, statements, and quotas using read-only tools scoped to each user's Qobra permissions. Admins can add it from Spaces > Tools; the customer's Qobra admin must first enable MCP in Your account > Settings > AI > MCP. Available in all workspaces.

Automatic fallback during model provider outages

Auto models (Basic, Standard, and Premium) now skip models affected by detected provider outages and use the next available candidate. The model picker displays the temporary replacement. No additional setup is required.

Dust warns you but do not act on an outage for a model that you specifically selected. If a provider error causes a message to fail on a specific model, you can retry with the corresponding auto-model level. Please review completed actions before retrying to avoid duplicates. Choose Grok 4.7 for your agents

Grok 4.7 is now available in the agent builder and input bar. Select it when you want to use the latest Grok model, with improved capabilities compared with Grok 4.6.

Grok 4.7 is available to everyone except workspaces configured for EU data residency only.

This new model comes with zero data retention standard terms. It is available to everyone automatically, except workspaces configured for EU data residency only.

Siit remote MCP

Siit is now available as a default remote MCP server in Dust’s MCP catalog. Admins can add Siit from Spaces > Tools, connect it through OAuth, and let agents triage and act on internal IT and HR requests without leaving Dust.

Available in all workspaces. Once an admin adds Siit, anyone can use it in their agents.

Replace selected text with any Dust agent from Raycast

You can now bind any Dust agent to a Raycast Quicklink and keyboard shortcut, then replace selected text with the agent's response from any Mac app without opening a Raycast window. Use it for grammar correction, translation, tone editing, rewriting, or support responses. Available to all Dust users using the Raycast extension.

Inline tool and knowledge references in the composer

You can now add knowledge and tool references directly in the composer, so they appear inline with the rest of your agent context. This makes it easier to build prompts that clearly show which sources and capabilities an agent should use. Available to everyone now.

Circuit breaker for high-credit agent messages

Dust now pauses an agent message after it consumes 600 LLM credits and asks whether you want to continue or stop. Nothing is lost when the circuit breaker appears, so you can review the task before allowing it to run further.

This safeguard is available for agent messages started from the Dust UI or browser extension. Support for additional message triggers will roll out over time.

Grok 4.6 is now available in Dust

Grok 4.6 is now available in Dust with zero data retention. You can select it directly from the input bar or agent builder. It is available to all users except workspaces with EU data residency only enabled, because Grok 4.6 processes data in the US.

Share frames with company domains

You can now invite a company domain, such as example.com, to a frame. Anyone who verifies an email address on that domain can access the frame, while public email providers and disposable domains are excluded from domain invitations. Viewer analytics list each person separately with their last viewed time.

To share with a domain, add it in the frame's sharing settings. This is available to anyone sharing frames with external teams when workspace settings allow it.

Skill favorites

You can now star skills for quicker access, and agents with Discover Skills can use your favorite selection when choosing skills. This lets you keep a skill for personal use without making it available to the entire workspace or to every agent, while still previewing what broader availability would provide.

Choose a model from the keyboard

You can now pick a model in Composer without leaving the keyboard. Type /model or /mo, followed by part of a model name, then add l, m, or h to set low, medium, or high effort. Press Enter or Tab to select the result, or omit the effort suffix to use the model's default. Available to everyone.

StackOne remote MCP

StackOne MCP is now available as a one-click remote MCP preset in Dust. Admins can configure StackOne once in Spaces > Tools, giving builders access to HR, ATS, CRM, and other enterprise SaaS tools through a single managed connection instead of setting up each system separately.

Available in all workspaces with a StackOne account.

Databricks official MCPs: SQL and Genie

Databricks official managed MCPs for SQL and Genie are now available in Dust as preset tools. Your agents can query Databricks and use its Genie semantic layer without configuring a custom MCP, while Databricks manages the connection for your instance.

Open the tool picker to add Databricks SQL or Databricks Genie to an agent. Available to all users with no feature flag.

Redesigned Usage page: understand and manage credits

Admins and managers now get a clearer view of workspace consumption, billing-cycle history, member usage, and applicable spend limits from Admin → Usage. The page adapts to each workspace plan, showing relevant credit, premium-message, and fair-use information, and highlights users who are off pace so you can upgrade seats or adjust spend limits. Use Analytics for detailed consumption trends and usage drivers.

DeepSeek V4.1 Flash is now available

DeepSeek V4.1 Flash is now available in Dust through Fireworks. It replaces DeepSeek V4 Flash 0731 and DeepSeek V4 Pro 0813 in agents, giving you a newer model that is better suited to current workloads and costs less than the previous Pro version.

The replacement applies automatically to agents using those older model versions. Available to all workspaces.

Files as Pod tabs

Pod editors can now add almost any file as a Pod tab, extending the customization options previously available for pinned Frames. The selected file appears as a tab for everyone in the Pod, so members can open shared documents, spreadsheets, and other supported files directly from the Pod navigation. Available to all customers and managed by Pod editors.

Assign Admin and Manager roles from any workspace group

Admins can now assign the Admin or Manager role to any workspace group from Settings & Governance → Roles, without relying on groups named dust-admins or dust-managers. This supports manually managed groups as well as groups provisioned from your identity provider.

Existing dust-admins and dust-managers groups are migrated automatically, so current role assignments continue to work. Available to all workspace admins.
