We've improved our integration with the Apple App Store for subscriptions sold in countries with tax-inclusive pricing such as the European Union.

This enhancement automates the calculation of the Apple Platform fee charge. You can choose either a percentage of the developer proceeds (15% for eligible users under Apple's Small Business Program) or utilize the 'Proceeds Reason Code' from Apple's Subscriber report to determine the platform fee percentage (15% or 30% based on the subscription's active duration).

We also support concurrent integration with the App Store, Chargebee, and Stripe to consolidate your subscription data.

RevRec now provides the option to assign certain credit notes to the Bad Debt Expense account. You can configure specific reason codes for this booking approach, such as write-offs or chargebacks, and create GL mapping for the Bad Debt Expense GL transaction type.

With this release, we have fixed a bug to send dunning follow-up emails as per the account hierarchy preferences for customers in a hierarchical relationship.

In this release, we have addressed the visibility issue in Leap UI where the credits issued were hidden behind a hover icon on the customer details page. We have now made the credits clearly visible on the invoice tab.

In this release, we have improved the Metered Billing Usage Details feature by addressing an issue where the upcoming month was selected by default, resulting in no usage results. To resolve this, we have added a helpful copy on the no result screen, guiding users to choose a date from the previous billing cycle to view their usage.

Leap UI improvements have been made to the invoice index and customer index pages. The invoice index now displays separate items for 'Amount' and 'Amount Due' with enhanced color coding. Additionally, in the invoice index and customer index pages dates now showcase more comprehensive information, aligning closer with the Classic UI experience.

The Invoices Index Page now includes the missing credits refund information, reducing the number of clicks required to view this crucial data.

The Sales Order Control report ensures the accuracy of total contract values (excluding sales tax) between Chargebee Billing and RevRec for each accounting period. This report applies to both invoice as contract and contract term methods. You can drill down to obtain detailed comparisons at the customer or subscription level for better analysis.

The prorated credits were not displayed in estimate invoice for zero value invoices, when 'HIDE_ZERO_LINE_ITEMS' was enabled. This is now fixed!

Introducing an enhanced Customer Details Page with an updated Subscription info section. In addition, we have made two valuable additions: changed the Amount due color to red in the summary hero card for better visibility, and implemented a convenient load more feature for child and gift subscriptions, allowing you to effortlessly view the next three subscriptions with each click on the load more icon.

We have added idempotency support to ensure consistent handling of duplicate HTTP requests. By including the header in your requests, our server will recognize and handle any duplicates appropriately, safeguarding data integrity. Learn more for detailed instructions and examples.

RevRec now includes native multi-currency support, automatically accommodating new foreign currencies when you start selling products in new regions and countries. The system also stores exchange rates with increased precision, up to the 20th decimal place.

During the execution of the update loader action, a specific scenario arises where an Index out of bound exception occurs when the invoice history is missing. This exception occurs when attempting to access invoice history data that is not present, leading to disruptions in the update process. To address this issue, we have implemented an enhancement in the update loader action.

In this release, we have implemented several additional settings within Receivables, taking a significant stride towards enabling self-service capabilities and enhancing overall flexibility for our users.

With this release, we have provided flexibility to the merchant to add customer-level fields in their account statement. The new fields are Total Outstanding, Overdue, Net Overdue, Open Debits, Payment On Account, Unutilised Credit Notes, Customer Currency, AGEING NOT-DUE ( Bucket), NET AGEING NOT-DUE ( Bucket), and COUNT OF ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS.

With this release, a new field called Subscription Cancellation Reason is added as a new column in Invoice View, as a filter under Subscription Based Filters, and in the column chooser under Subscription Based Columns. This provides merchants with the flexibility to know, act and engage more meaningfully with churned customers and re-engage them.

With this release, a new filter called Next X Days is added to Auto Engagement. This field will have the fields Next Billing Date and Next Scheduled Retry under it.

With this release, we have added three new quick filters on the Customer View page called Most Likely to Pay, Less Likely to Pay, and Highly Retainable. Also, we have added a new quick filter called No Emails Opened to the Invoice View page.

With this release, two new columns called Last Updated Card(Timestamp) and Last Updated Card (Type) under Payment Based Columns are added on the Customer View page.
