We've fixed an issue where line item names were not translating according to the language pack when using a customized invoice template. The i18n (internationalization) settings for charge descriptions in the template builder have been corrected. This ensures your invoices now fully reflect the selected language pack, providing consistent and accurate communication for your global customers.

We've fixed an issue where the field was missing in the API response, leading to sync failures in RevenueStory. The reference invoice ID was incorrectly treated as mandatory. This has been fixed and the reference ID is now optional for credit notes, ensuring successful data synchronization and accurate reporting in RevenueStory.

We've resolved an issue where filtering invoices by date and gateway or gateway account showed inconsistent counts in exports. The export data incorrectly counted unique transactions instead of unique invoices, leading to discrepancies. With this fix, invoice exports now accurately reflect the filtered data, helping you maintain precise records and make better-informed decisions.

We've fixed an issue where VAT information was missing from invoices downloaded through portal sessions, despite being visible in the Chargebee UI. This was due to a missing localized memo for tax and discount lines in imported invoices. A bulk update has been applied to address this, ensuring that VAT details are correctly displayed on client-accessed invoices, enhancing transparency and compliance with tax regulations.

We have fixed an issue where certain price points in a custom subscription filter were disappearing and showing an 'X' icon. With this fix, your filters will now display all price points correctly, ensuring accurate and reliable filtering for better subscription management.

We're excited to introduce a new feature that displays your invoicing volume usage alongside your agreed limits in the Chargebee Billing UI. Now, you can view essential details like your current plan, usage period, usage limit, usage consumed, and percentage of your limit used—right at your fingertips. This update empowers you to track your invoicing volume in real time, anticipate potential overages, and make informed decisions regarding your contract renewals.

Easily filter out specific subscriptions from syncing to Salesforce, while keeping your overall customer record intact. This feature is ideal for cases where customers have multiple subscriptions, such as trial or canceled plans, that you may not want in Salesforce. With this flexibility, you can maintain a cleaner, more relevant customer data set in Salesforce, focusing only on active, actionable subscriptions.

Now you can create and manage subscriptions from Salesforce with added support for price variants! A new price variant field has been introduced in the Chargebee Subscription object, allowing you to set customized prices across several key actions: creating new subscriptions, changing subscriptions, and generating Chargebee Quotes.

We have added a new Valid From field to enhance coupon validity management. This field specifies the start date for your coupon, ensuring it becomes active only from the selected date. Until the Valid From date is reached, the coupon's status will be marked as Future. This feature is perfect for planning and scheduling promotional campaigns in advance, such as festive season discounts that begin on January 1.

We have enhanced the checkout process to comply with regional regulations for co-badged card transactions. Your customers can now select their preferred payment network (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, or local networks) during checkout, ensuring equal visibility of all available options. Merchants can configure default schemes while still honouring customer preferences for both one-time and recurring transactions. With the new payment schedules feature in Chargebee Billing, you can now offer flexible payment options to your customers by breaking down large invoices into manageable payment schedules over defined intervals. Create payment schedule schemes to split invoice amounts into fixed or flexible parts, making it easier to collect payments on a schedule that works best for both you and your customers.

You can now configure reverse charge and VAT exemption notes at the entity level for a more customized invoicing experience. This update introduces the ability to add region-specific notes, such as VAT exemption text for reverse charge (EU, UK) and enable toggles for reverse charge notes (US, AU, MY, NZ, etc.).

Enhance your text editing experience with the newly added ordered and unordered list options in the rich text editor. Now available directly within the editor, these options make it easy to structure item price descriptions without counting toward the 500-character limit. This update, accessible through the UI, API, and bulk import, brings you greater flexibility in formatting without affecting character restrictions.

When creating backdated invoices in Chargebee, third-party tax handling has been enhanced for more consistent tax syncing. If a third-party tax provider was configured (or no provider/tax setup was in place) on the backdate, your invoice will automatically sync to the current tax provider. However, if a manual tax was configured on the backdate, the invoice will apply manual tax and remain unsynced.

Take control of your data sync from Chargebee to Salesforce with enhanced Customer and Subscription filtering. Now, in addition to Plan IDs or Subscription Statuses, you can filter records based on custom fields on Chargebee's Customer and Subscription objects. Set up to four filters with custom filter logic, ensuring only the most relevant records sync between systems. For existing users, previous filter settings will be automatically migrated to the new setup, so you can leverage the expanded capabilities right away.

The new Prefill Field Values feature in Chargebee allows you to transfer custom information from Salesforce into Chargebee Application visualforce pages, enhancing your quoting workflows. If you need to add specific terms or conditions from a Salesforce Opportunity into the Chargebee Quote Notes, this feature enables you to create and map a field in Salesforce for exactly that purpose. While currently supporting this use case only, Prefill Field Values simplifies data transfer and ensures your quotes are accurate and tailored.

Chargebee Salesforce App now supports entity-specific product catalogs, allowing you to tailor product offerings for each entity within your organization. This enhancement simplifies product catalog management across multiple business entities, enabling you to align product listings, pricing, and configurations to match each entity's unique needs.

Starting today, any updates made to the Net D term on your customers will automatically flow into Chargebee. This means you'll no longer need to manually update these changes, saving you time and reducing errors.
